You have mentioned acting on your clients’ behalf in auction – what does this entail?
We understand that our clients don’t always have high-end negotiation skills or the industry know-how to successfully buy at auction (without getting ripped-off!) So we offer to take care of that with one of our property experts. The process begins when you identify a property you are interested in. We then negotiate on your behalf during the formal bidding process and, if necessary, represent you during post-auction negotiations on the day.
